Very Comfortable and Great Location!
The location is great! Close to restaurants and shopping outlets. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful with any requests. The hotel room was clean, large, and comfortable. It was quiet both at night and during the day. The breakfast selections were good and the in-room Keurig single coffee maker was great. Large TV had good channel selections. The entrance is at a stop light which made entering and leaving the hotel site really easy! We will stay here again during our next visit to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg!

My twin sister and I spent 5 nights while celebrating our birthday. The staff was very friendly and was happy to make recommendations to local restaurants. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a balcony. The bedroom floors were not carpeted which rates high with me. The hotel provided a continental breakfast which was nice. There is a restaurant, general store, ice cream shop, and a chair lift all within walking distance from the hotel. The pool area was very nice with a lovely sitting area for adults with 2 fire pits. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with many activities to choose from for every age. I am very picky when it comes to hotels, and I would definitely recommend the Five Oaks to anyone and would stay there should I return to the area.

True Gem in Pigeon Forge!
Very friendly staff. The Lodge at Five Oaks feels warm and cozy immediately upon entering the building. The lodge is immaculate, one of the cleanest accommodations I have stayed in! The beds, linens, and pillows are luxurious. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and I travel a lot! Quiet and peaceful even though it is right in town.
